The International Baccalaureate description of action
is when "students demonstrate deeper learning in responsible behavior
through responsible action". Every day, in every classroom students are “responding”
to their learning through action.
Thanks to the
generous donations of the women of Austin Junior Forum, an anonymous donor, as
well as CHE 4th graders whom heeded a call to action, nearly 80 students went
home today for the winter break with nutritious and easy to prepare food, as
well as a little special gift! What great initiative from these students!!!
